COMMUNITY HARVEST PROJECT           NORTH GRAFTON

Our farm will be bursting with food needing to get out of the field and into the homes of folks experiencing food insecurity. Please help CHP continue to get fresh produce to them.  We have scheduled a Service Day at the Grafton Farm and we need your help!  A great way to help our community, make a big difference, spend a morning in the fresh air and have fun as a family at the same time.

Your efforts impact the lives of many in our community who do not have access to proper nutritional resources.

Please bring a water bottle, a hat, gardening gloves, bug spray, and sunscreen as needed. Wear weather appropriate clothing, including closed toe shoes and for wet days, rain gear.

CHP is an active farm with different types of machinery and equipment in use. Always listen to Team Leaders and Staff members to ensure your safety.  Get excited for a great experience!  Your volunteer work will have a direct impact on aiding food insecure individuals in our community!
