WE NEED YOUR HELP!The Harvest Fair is our biggest fundraiser for the Parish! Please consider helping out. Many hands makes the burden light!
We are especially in need of an Outdoor Sign Coordinator (see below)

A Grand Tradition!
Our 2022 Fair was a great success. It was wonderful working with all three campuses! The 2023 Fair Committee has been begun working on this year's wonderful community event. Last year was a great success due to the group efforts of all 3 campuses.
If YOU would like to be a part of this inviting fun group, even if you can only spare an hour or 2, that can be a big help also. We would also like to see someone from St. Philip’s and St. Mary's join us to be on the board as CO-Main Chairs. New ideas always welcomed!

We Need Your Help!
The Harvest Fair Silent Auction and Crafts table are looking for donations of any NEW item, certificates and gift cards to restaurants or businesses.
Donations for these 2 tables can be left in the labeled bin placed in the main entrance of each church. Remember to label them as to which table it is for and put value of item and who it is donated by.
Gift Certificates may be mailed to OLH at St. Mary Church, 17 Waterville Street, North Grafton, MA 01536 or dropped off in the St. Mary office. PLEASE make sure envelope is marked for SILENT AUCTION H.F.

Outdoor Sign Coordinator Needed!
The Fair committee is also looking for an outdoor sign coordinator. All that needs to be done is turn in permits to the town hall building inspector, add new dates of the Fair on existing signs, put up around 8 signs and take them down at the end. We will work with you to show you how. We are trying to share workload and get more people to learn the workings of the Fair. Many hands make lighter work!

Crafts Table:
There are many talented people from Our Lady of Hope and the Harvest Fair Craft table needs your help in order to have a variety of homemade crafts for sale at the Fair. Whether it be your own creations, a Pinterest or DYI craft, knitted or crochet items or nicely potted plants. Please label plant with care instructions and name of plant

Silent Auction:
The Harvest Fair Silent Auction table is looking for donations of any NEW item, certificates and gift cards to restaurants or businesses. Please add the value of the item so it can be displayed on a bid sheet and who donated it. Certificates may be mailed to OLH at St. Mary Church, 17 Waterville Street, North Grafton, MA 01536 or dropped off at the office.

Buy-A-Basket:
The ladies have been working hard and have already assembled several baskets. They need your help however to complete some of the rest.
We are looking for:
• Coffee supplies
• Car care supplies
• Art gifts
• Tea supplies
• Men's gifts (tools, bath/shaving, etc.)
• Medium and Large sized empty baskets
If you have a fully assembled themed basket you would like to donate, that would also be greatly appreciated.
Drop off in the marked container at any of the 3 churches.

Money Raffle:
As you may already know, the money raffle committee, headed by Patti Hart, has been working hard getting letters & tickets out to parishioners of all 3 campuses of OLH Parish. If you have not yet received yours by the end of the week, please contact Patti Hart at [email protected] or call her cell phone 508-245-6981. She'll make sure you get tickets.
Extra tickets will also be available at all 3 campuses by the front entrances by September 30th. Please return tickets with payment in an envelope marked "H.F. Money Raffle" and place in the collection basket or mail in to OLH, St. Mary, 17 Waterville St, North Grafton, MA 01536
Remember to contact co-workers, family & friends so they can take advantage of this fun raffle. Double the prizes = double the chances to win! Better odds then the lottery!!
Tickets are $2 each, 6 for $10= 1 free ticket or extra bargain of 7 books = 42 tickets, for $50. Good Luck!

White Elephant Sale:
Harvest Fair White Elephant Sale is now accepting donations of gently used items. A large grey bin is on side porch of Saint James rectory for your donation drop off.
PLEASE NOTE: We have a firm cut off date of October 28th so we can have time to prepare and price items.
Please remember: NO clothing, shoes, exercise equipment, TV's, computers, large furniture. Small furniture pieces are okay.
