The HF Committee is in great need of your help on a very important and popular table!
The incredibly popular and fun White Elephant table needs a new chairperson. This requires someone who is willing to meet a few times a month to price items as needed. Phil Lavallee, our wonderfully dedicated prior chairperson, will guide you through this process and continue to help. As we approach November 1st, the Fair date, a little more time will be needed.
Donations won't start coming in till May 1st (trickles in at first). It's a lot of fun looking through all the unique & surprising donations. The time taken for pricing things can be very flexible.

The Fair is not only a wonderful community event but also our biggest fundraiser for the year. It greatly benefits OLH at both campuses, St. Mary & St. James.
Spring will be here soon! March 20th is the 1st day. Our thoughts will turn to spring cleaning. Please remember the White Elephant table as we would love to have your gently used items. We will start collecting donations May 1st. PLEASE NO: clothing, shoes, electronics, exercise equipment or large furniture.
Since it worked so well last year, to make things easier, anyone wishing to participate in the Silent Auction must register to get an identification number. You'll receive a sheet of small stickers with your ID number which you can place on Silent Auction sheets. This will help keep biding anonymous. Using an ID number also keeps your contact information confidential.
Your ID can also be used for Raffles (except Cash Raffle). No need to write your name and contact info on every ticket! Of course, you can still write them out if you prefer.
By registering, we will make sure we can clearly identify people since sometimes handwriting is hard to read (especially after having to write it down on numerous sheets and tickets!).
BONUS: By simply taking a minute to register, you will get a free ticket. Just add your # to it, put it in the can and earn a chance to win a wonderful mystery gift worth over $100!
