Our Lady of Hope is in search of a 30 hour per week Parish Administrative Assistant. This role will perform the following duties:
Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to emails and address and/or forward all incoming correspondence.
Maintain parish census database and hard copy files.
Create and distribute weekly parish bulletin.
Provide administrative support for liturgical events such as the creation of programs, handouts, the creation of weekly Prayers of the Faithful and Mass announcements and etc.
Order supplies
The applicant must have hands-on experience with personal computers/laptops, phone systems and Microsfot Office Suite products including Publisher. Must be attentive to detail, must be accurate and be a team player.
Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Must have 3 plus years experience in a customer-focused office environment.
